Use and adjustment of liquid flow sensor

The use and adjustment of the liquid level flowmeter in our daily life determines the stability, safety and accuracy of the level flowmeter.

A, when used, should keep the measured liquid clean, free of impurities such as fiber and particles.

B. When the sensor is used, the sensor should be filled with liquid slowly and then open the outlet valve. The sensor is forbidden to be impacted by high-speed fluid when it is in the liquid-free state.

C. The maintenance period of the sensor is generally six months. During maintenance cleaning, please be careful not to damage the parts in the measuring chamber, especially the impeller. Please pay attention to the positional relationship between the guide and the impeller when assembling.

D. When the sensor is not in use, the internal liquid should be cleaned, and protective sleeves should be added at both ends of the sensor to prevent dust from entering and then stored in a dry place.

E. When used, the filter should be cleaned regularly. When not in use, the internal liquid should be cleaned. Like the sensor, add the dust jacket and store it in a dry place.

F. The transmission cable of the sensor can be laid overhead or buried (when buried, iron pipes should be put on.)

G. Before the sensor is installed, connect the display instrument or oscilloscope to the connection line, pass the power supply, and blow or hand-push the impeller with a mouth to make it rotate quickly to see if there is any display, and then install the sensor when there is a display. If there is no display, check the relevant parts and troubleshoot.
