Several equivalents exist for LR44 batteries, including models such as AG13, V13GA, and V76. Each variant offers specific advantages depending on the device requirements. For example, silver oxide batteries like SR44 and SR44SW deliver a slightly higher voltage (around 1.55V) and are preferred for applications demanding consistent power output, such as watches and calculators. Zinc-air batteries, such as ZA675, are another alternative, offering greater capacity at lower voltages, making them suitable for hearing aids and similar devices. Major manufacturers producing LR44 batteries include Murata Electronics, Sony, Energizer, Panasonic, and Duracell. Each company brings its own expertise and quality standards to the market, contributing to the global availability and variety of LR44 options.
