Identified issues are categorized and corrected, with strict adherence to economic responsibility assessments to ensure accountability.
The publicity department plays a key role in supervision. Their reporters document video footage of on-site issues, especially those related to poor practices or outdated conditions, and expose them during weekly meetings. Senior management reviews these issues, and progress on remediation is reported. This process reinforces performance evaluation, holds managers accountable, and deepens the understanding of operational challenges, contributing to continuous improvement and reform outcomes.
