Depending on the type of pump head (single stage single suction, single stage double suction, or multi-stage), this equipment can be categorized into three sub-types: XBC-IS, XBC-S, and XBC-D. The equipment can be powered by high-quality diesel engines from both domestic and international markets, offering advantages such as stable starting, high capacity, compact design, easy maintenance, high automation, and reliable performance. >>> Product Features Our pumps are powered by a range of diesel engine series, including X6135, 12V135, 4102, 4105, 6102, 4100, and 495. These engines are flexibly coupled with the pumps (clutches are available). Additional components such as a diesel tank, radiator water tank, blower, and control panel (for automatic units) can also be provided. The auto-control unit includes a programmable diesel engine control panel that manages the system's automatic start, run, auto-switching (switching between electric motor pump units and diesel engine pump units), and auto-protection (warnings and shutdowns for over-speed, low oil pressure, high water temperature, multiple start failures, and low accumulator voltage). It can also be connected to the user's fire-fighting center or automatic alarm system for remote monitoring. To ensure proper operation below 5°C, an AC 220V water cooling system can be installed. The diesel engine fire pump group can be combined with electric motor pumps and jockey pumps to create an automatic fire-fighting water supply system (refer to Table 1). There are two ways to fill the water: manual filling and self-priming. Manual filling is preferred according to fire-fighting standards. The cooling system of the diesel engine supplied by our company typically operates in a closed cycle, where heat exchange occurs between the generator surface and the radiating water via airflow generated by the blower.
