Building Material QT10-15 Cement Block Making Machine / Interlocking Brick Machine
The QT10-15 is an automatic, multi-functional block making machine designed for high-efficiency production of various types of cement blocks. It utilizes a Mitsubishi industrial computer and touch screen interface, allowing real-time adjustments based on different raw materials to ensure optimal performance. This machine is capable of producing a wide range of blocks by simply changing the molds, including hollow bricks, solid bricks, colored paving bricks, grass tiles, and more. It is known for its fast shaping capabilities and consistent quality.
The production line for the QT10-15 block machine includes:
- 1 silo (50 T) with cement screw and scale
- 1 batching machine with 3 hoppers and scale
- 1 mixer JS750 with an 8m belt conveyor
- 1 block machine equipped with hydraulic station, PLC controller, pallet feeder, and block sweeper
- 1 stacker machine
- 1 mold
- 1000 bamboo or PVC pallets
Main Features:
1. **Feeding System**: A 360° scattering mixing system that significantly enhances the density and strength of the blocks.
2. **Vibration System**: Combines table vibration, mold vibration, and hydraulic press. Equipped with rubber cushions and seat springs for shock absorption. The shaking table has a positioning system to ensure stability even if parts are damaged.
3. **Stripping System**: Uses Omron sensors from Japan for greater accuracy and longer lifespan.
4. **PLC Controller**: Utilizes original Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC combined with independently developed control programs for stable and efficient operation. An automatic fault diagnosis system helps identify issues quickly, reducing maintenance costs.
5. **Hydraulic Station**: Components from Japan and Taiwan, along with Siemens motors. Includes a water cooling system that recycles warm water to the mixer, improving energy efficiency.
6. **Double Mixing Axes**: Enhances mixing speed and ensures even distribution of large particles. A 2.5 cm thick iron pad protects the machine body, making maintenance simple and cost-effective.
