As a cutting-edge fire-fighting equipment, the XBC diesel engine fire pump series has been successfully developed, strictly following national standards such as GB6245-2006 and NFPA20. Depending on the type of pump head (single-stage single-suction, single-stage double-suction, or multi-stage), it is categorized into three sub-series: XBC-IS, XBC-S, and XBC-D. These pumps are widely used across various industries.
The system can be equipped with high-quality diesel engines from both domestic and international markets, offering advantages such as stable starting, high capacity, compact design, easy maintenance, high automation, and reliable performance.

Our fire-fighting pumps are powered by diesel engines such as X6135, 12V135, 4102, 4105, 6102, 4100, and 495. They are flexibly coupled with these engines (clutches available). Additional components like a diesel tank, cooling water tank, blower, and control panel (for automatic units) can also be provided.
The auto-control unit features a programmable control panel that manages automatic start-up, operation, auto-switching (between electric and diesel pump units), and protection functions (such as over-speed warning, low oil pressure, high temperature, and multiple start failures). It can also connect to the user’s fire-fighting center or automatic alarm system for remote monitoring.
To ensure normal operation below 5°C, an AC 220V water-cooling system can be installed. The diesel engine fire pump group can be combined with electric motor pumps and jockey pumps to create an automatic water supply system (see Table 1). For more details, please refer to our document "Diesel Engine Control System." This system can also be integrated with the fire-fighting center.

The cooling system of the diesel engine typically operates in a closed cycle, where heat exchange occurs between the generator surface and the radiating water through airflow generated by the blower. If an open cooling cycle is required (i.e., cooling via a heat exchanger between the water pumped through the system and the circulating water inside the diesel engine), please note this at the time of order.
