Following a five-month period of continuous monitoring, the test products demonstrated excellent performance and consistent quality. Notably, improvements were observed in key indicators such as dryness, coarse knots, fine knots, and tensile strength of the yarns. Additionally, the overall output increased by 20% to 30%, proving the success of the technological upgrades. With approximately 80,000 to 100,000 low-yield carding machines currently in use across China, this project highlights a significant market opportunity. By revitalizing outdated equipment, the collaboration not only improves productivity but also sets a new benchmark for sustainable and cost-effective textile manufacturing.
