The successful delivery of this equipment laid the company's leading position in the field of ammonia synthesis tower manufacturing of coal chemical industry above 2.4 meters.
It is reported that this equipment is the key equipment in the section of an annual output of 500,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and ancillary engineering synthesis equipment. It weighs 500 tons, has a diameter of 2.8 meters and a height of 30.4 meters. It is very difficult to manufacture. In order to solve the problem of load bearing on the production site, ten roller carriages were produced, and the amount of steel used for the backing plate reached 8 tons, which ensured the need for on-site production and hydraulic pressure testing, and accumulated valuable experience for the on-site manufacturing of large-scale equipment in the future.
With the development of new technologies and new technologies for coal chemical industry, during the “12th Five-Year Plan†period, large-scale coal chemical equipment will develop in the direction of large-scale and heavy-duty. In line with this development trend, Aerospace Chenguang has achieved today's 500-tonne equipment from 98 tons of equipment 10 years ago and has steadily moved toward a mega-ton large-scale ammonia converter.
