HS (R) Series Introduction::
The HS(R) pump is a horizontal centrifugal heavy-duty slurry pump designed for continuous pumping of high-abrasive and high-density slurries with minimal maintenance. It ensures high efficiency throughout the life of its components. The rubber and metal-lined pumps feature radially split casings, reducing maintenance and downtime. These pumps can be installed in multi-stage configurations.
Features:
1. Replaceable wear-resistant metal or rubber linings and impellers for extended service life.
2. Easy adjustment of the gap between impeller and front liner, fully removable during maintenance.
3. Grease-lubricated bearing assembly.
4. Available seal types: packing, expeller, and mechanical seals.
5. Discharge direction can be adjusted at 45-degree intervals, allowing installation in any of eight positions.
6. Drive options include V-belt, gear reducer, fluid coupling, and frequency conversion systems.
7. Wide application range, good NPSH, and high efficiency. Multi-stage configurations support long-distance delivery.
