HS (R) Series Introduction:
The HS (R) pump is a horizontal centrifugal heavy-duty slurry pump designed for continuous pumping of high-abrasive, high-density slurries with minimal maintenance. It maintains high efficiency throughout the wear life of its components. Rubber and metal-lined pumps feature radially split casings, reducing maintenance and downtime. The HS series can be installed as multi-stage units.
Features:
1. Replaceable wear-resistant metal or rubber linings and impellers for long service life.
2. Easy adjustment of the space between impeller and front liner, fully removable during maintenance.
3. Grease lubricated bearing assembly.
4. Available seal types: packing, expeller, and mechanical seals.
5. Discharge direction can be adjusted in 45° increments to suit various applications.
6. Drive options: V-belt, gear reducer, fluid coupling, and frequency conversion.
7. Wide application, good NPSH, and high efficiency. Can be installed in multi-stage configurations for long-distance delivery.
