**Abstract:**
Using an automatic pressure-differential valve in combination with an electric control valve is an effective solution for achieving balance in an air conditioning water system. When the system pressure fluctuates, the pressure-differential valve automatically adjusts its flow area to maintain a constant pressure difference across the electric control valve. This ensures that the CV value of the control valve remains consistent, allowing it to operate under optimal conditions. As a result, the actual water flow entering the air handling unit is always precisely what is needed at any given time, regardless of pressure variations. This setup enhances system performance and simplifies maintenance.
The integration of an automatic pressure-differential valve and an electric control valve creates a more efficient and reliable hydraulic balance in variable-flow air conditioning systems. It eliminates the need for extensive use of balancing valves in stratified control, leading to improved performance and easier maintenance. Additionally, this system ensures that the water flow remains balanced at all times, making it resilient to changes during installation or equipment adjustments. Even after project completion, if there are changes in usage or design, other areas of the system remain unaffected in terms of balance.
This system also contributes to energy efficiency by allowing refrigeration units and pumps to operate at their most optimal levels, reducing operational and maintenance costs. Furthermore, the automatic balancing feature makes installation and maintenance more straightforward, minimizing the risk of human error that could disrupt the system's equilibrium.
