1. High-pressure common rail means that several injectors share a high-pressure rail. The pressure in the rail is established by the high pressure pump.
2. In this fuel injection system, eliminating the influence of pressure generation and fuel injection batches in the traditional fuel supply system, the injection pressure generation is not completely dependent on the engine speed and fuel injection amount, and the fuel is stored under pressure. The fuel injection is always ready in the high pressure fuel rail.
3. The work of the high pressure common rail electronically controlled diesel engine is completely controlled by the ECU. The ECU determines the engine operating conditions based on the current engine speed, coolant temperature, atmospheric pressure, and driver requirements.
4. Because the high-pressure common rail electronic control system provides the ideal air/fuel mixture for the engine, it can meet the diesel emission regulations. Compared with traditional diesel engines, it makes the vehicle's noise, driving comfort, power, and emissions all greatly improved.
