In July 2013, the AQSIQ approved 9 demonstration areas such as “Shenyang Export Cutting Machine Product Quality Safety Demonstration Zone” as China's first state-level export industrial product quality and safety demonstration zone, among which Shenyang Machine Tool Demonstration Zone is the first in China. All regions have exempted the quality and safety demonstration zone for export industrial products, and all the metal processing machine tools and their accessory parts produced by 17 companies in the demonstration area have been exempted from export goods inspection.

Export product companies can apply for customs declaration directly after passing the inspection, which is at least two working days after the first inspection of the joints. At the same time, there are additional effects that help the company put a "quality hoop" on the head of the supplier. Through the construction of the demonstration area and the establishment and operation of the enterprise quality management system in the demonstration area, the capability of self-inspection, self-control and quality self-discipline of the enterprise has been strengthened, and the comprehensive quality and level of socialization support in the entire demonstration area have been improved.
