The model and size of the tires recalled are Michelin LTX M/S LT 225/75R16 115/112R LRE. They are mainly used for the original tire accessories of some new vehicles or some replacement tires for sale. The reason for this recall was that a small number of tires had tread wear or risk of leaks. Michelin reminded consumers to change tires free of charge at a Michelin-authorized retail location as soon as possible.
