The Hanover Park Fire Department has recently been added to the MABAS Division 12 website. Based out of two fire stations, the department also oversees the city’s Department of Inspection Services, which operates from offices located in City Hall.
The department is well-equipped with a variety of emergency response units. They currently operate four fire engines, one tower ladder, and four medic ambulances. In addition, they have a regional rehab unit, a newly introduced hazmat unit, and several support vehicles to assist with daily operations and emergency calls.
