This system is primarily used for producing large-sized PE heat preservation pipes. It's commonly used in heating pipelines, where the middle layer is a polyurethane foam layer, and the inner layer is a steel tube.
It can also produce water supply and drainage pipes by adding a vacuum calibration tank and cooling tank.
This system consists of an extruder, die and mold, cooling water tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine, bracket, support frame, and electrical control parts, etc.
Technology Flow: In the two-step method, the HDPE casing is produced first, then the pipe is threaded inside the casing, and foaming occurs in the middle.
