The Depon WQ Series Submersible Sewage Pumps are electric submersible centrifugal pumps designed for pumping waste water, effluent, and solids-laden water in municipal, industrial, mining, and civil construction applications.

Features:
• High-strength cast iron pump construction.
• Impeller options available to suit a range of applications and pumped products, including single, double, or triple vane.
• 420 Stainless steel shaft.
• Built-in cooling system allows operation when the motor is submerged or above water level.
• Optional external cooling available.
• Cast iron replaceable neck ring insert.
• Class F motor insulation with a maximum working temperature of up to 155°C.
• IPX8 motor protection.
• Dual mechanical seals with carbide/tungsten seal faces on the pump side and graphite/silicon carbide faces on the motor side provide effective sealing between the motor and wet end.
• Mechanical seals are oil-bath lubricated.
• Motor stator incorporates three shutdown temperature control sensors that automatically detect motor temperatures at 125°C.
• Oil chamber incorporates a water leakage probe that detects when the water-to-oil ratio is too high and cuts off power to prevent motor damage due to oil contamination.
• Motor incorporates a water detection sensor at the top and a float switch in the bottom to detect the ingress of water and cut power to prevent motor damage.
• Available with a wide range of protective coatings and paint options.
• Optional product grinders available upon request.
• Optional automatic coupling device available to enable simple maintenance and servicing.
• Mild steel outlet pipe installation with flanged connections as standard.
• Optional soft outlet pipe installation available to allow quick and simple mounting and removal when required.
• Optional fixed dry installation available with external cooling water.

Conditions of Use
1. The medium temperature should not exceed 40°C, the density should not be larger than 1200kg/m³, and the pH value should be within 5-9.
2. During operation, the pump must not be lower than the lowest liquid level.
3. The maximum diameter of solid particles passing through the pump should not exceed 50% of the pump outlet.

The Compabloc is a fully welded compact heat exchanger designed for the complete range of process and utility duties.
The Compabloc range of welded heat exchangers with a focus on perfor- mance, compactness, and serviceability.
The heart of the Compabloc is a stack of corrugated heat transfer plates in 316L stainless steel, or other material. The plates are laser welded and form a compact core. This core is then enclosed and supported by four corner girders, top and bottom heads and four side panels (see Sectional view of Compabloc). These components are bolted together and can be quickly taken apart for inspection, service and cleaning.The design can be configured in single or multi-pass arrangements in either co-current or counter-current operation, for liquid-to-liquid or two-phase duties.
The two media in the Compabloc heat exchanger flow in alternately welded channels between the corrugated plates.
Compabloc's flexible pass arrangements make it suitable for liquid-to-liquid duties with dissimilar flow rates, or two phase condensation or reboiler applications.
