Principles:
This Stainless Steel Closed Pneumatic Diaphragm Valve (DY-V096) is designed for both manual and pneumatic operation, making it ideal for hygienic and aseptic processes in the pharmaceutical industry. It is specifically engineered to control and shut off fluid flow efficiently. The diaphragm acts as a seal between the valve body and seat, ensuring no contact with the environment, which makes it suitable for clean and sterile applications.
When the valve is closed, the pressure plate moves toward the sealing face of the valve body, causing the diaphragm to bend and press against the center of the seat, effectively blocking the flow path. This design ensures a tight closure and prevents any leakage. The valve can be operated manually or through pneumatic systems, and it can also be controlled using a control top and solenoid valve for automated operations.
