Principles:
This stainless steel diaphragm valve is designed for both manual and pneumatic operation, making it ideal for hygienic and aseptic processes in the pharmaceutical and food industries. The valve is used to control and shut off fluid flow effectively. It features a diaphragm that seals the valve body and seat, ensuring no contact with the environment, which makes it suitable for sterile applications.
When the valve is closed, the pressure plate moves toward the sealing face of the valve body, causing the diaphragm to bend and seal the center area of the valve. This prevents any leakage and ensures a tight closure. The valve can be operated manually or with air actuation, and it can also be controlled using a control top or solenoid valve, offering flexibility in different industrial settings.
