• A wet magnetic separator is a device designed to assist in the purification and separation of process streams. This equipment can separate raw materials with different magnetic properties by utilizing magnetic and mechanical forces.
• The magnetic separator is particularly effective in processing fine-grained weak-magnetic minerals such as limonite, hematite, manganese ore, titanium ore, etc., or in deironing non-metallic minerals like andalusite, sillimanite, kyanite, garnet, feldspar, quartz, zircon, corundum, diamond, etc. It also helps eliminate weak magnetic impurities from other materials.

• The magnetic system uses high-quality ferrite materials or composite rare earth magnets, offering an average magnetic induction of 800-4000mT on the previous drum table. Some models feature a roll-shaped design that can achieve a magnetic strength of up to 8000mT, making it one of the strongest magnetic fields available globally.
3. Working Principle of Wet Magnetic Separator for Mining Equipment
• Pulp enters the cell body through the pulp box and flows into the feeding area under the water flow from the spray pipe, entering in a loose condition.
• In the magnetic field, magnetic ore particles form magnet groups or chains influenced by the magnetic force within the pulp, moving toward the magnetic poles and finally being absorbed onto the cylinder.
