IVF VACUUM PUMP INLET OIL MIST FILTERFilter material is stainless steel woven mesh and stainless steel punching hole mesh, which is used in the preceding stage dewatering in heavy oil combustion systems, can also be used for chemical liquid filtration with a precision of 100 um.
Filter element material is stainless steel round microporous mesh, applicable to the pretreatment and post-treatment system of electronic, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and other industrial departments. It further purifies water quality that contains low suspended impurities (less than 2 ~ 5 mg/L).
OMF VACUUM PUMP OUTLET OIL MIST FILTER
Our company developed the OMF series outlet oil mist filter for rotary piston vacuum pumps and rotary vane vacuum pumps. These oil mist filters effectively filtrate oil mist discharged by vacuum pumps, significantly reducing environmental pollution and oil consumption. OMF oil mist filters are equipped with bypass valves and exhaust pressure displays. If the exhaust pressure is too high, the bypass valve will automatically open to reduce pressure. Compared to other general oil mist filters, OMF oil mist filters are more secure and reliable. The outer layer of the filter core has a removable cloth for replacement or washing when dirty, greatly extending the life of the filter core.

DESCRIPTIONS
DDCY-Q series vacuum pressure solenoid valve installed on dedicated mechanical vacuum pumps. Installed at the inlet of the mechanical vacuum pump, it synchronizes the opening and closing of the pump.
When the pump stops working or power supply is interrupted, the valve automatically closes due to atmospheric pressure and vacuum plate, maintaining the vacuum system and preventing contamination of the vacuum pump oil through reverse flow.
Applicable working medium: air and non-corrosive gases.
