The TF series wire stripper is designed for removing PVC/plastic/PE skin and extracting copper or aluminum cores inside the wire. It offers high stripping efficiency and produces high purity copper or aluminum. The machine typically features several holes with different sizes suitable for various diameter wires and cables, allowing users to choose the appropriate model based on the size of the raw material.
Main Parts:
Cable Input: Scrap cables are inserted into the hole for peeling. There are different-sized holes, and customers can select the applicable one according to the cable diameter.
Peeled Cable Output: Cables after peeling exit through this plate, delivering clean core and clean PVC cable skin.
Cutting Blades: The cable skin is cut by blades and separated from the inner core.
Gears: Gears assist the roller with blades to rotate and complete the cable peeling process.
