**Why do we use a double walled rim and heavy duty 36 gauge spokes?**
In the beginning, we tried various kits, and many of the brushless motors were very good. However, the problem with most conversion kits is that they are spoked incorrectly, using a single-walled weak rim. Spokes that are the wrong length often bend into an "S" shape. Simply put, bicycle wheels weren’t designed to handle this level of torque. At times, you may need to tighten your spokes until they finally "seat" themselves. That’s why we use high-quality components to ensure durability and performance.
