Hydraulic System

Loader hydraulic system fluid generally has the following components:
1. Power component part: its function is to convert the mechanical energy of the motor or engine into hydraulic energy, such as various oil pumps.
2. Actuator part: its function is to convert hydraulic energy into machinery, thereby driving the working parts to make linear or rotary motion, such as hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motors.
3. Control element part: its function is to adjust and control the pressure, flow and flow direction of the liquid flow in the hydraulic system to meet the requirements of the force (torque), speed (speed) and movement direction (circular movement) required by the working parts. Such as various pressure valves, flow valves and reversing valves.
4. Auxiliary components: oil tank, oil pipe, pipe joint, oil filter, accumulator, pressure gauge, radiator, transmission medium, etc. They play an important role in ensuring the reliability and stability of the hydraulic system.
