Product Description HS (R) Series Introduction: The HS (R) pump is a horizontal centrifugal heavy-duty slurry pump designed for the continuous pumping of high abrasive, high-density slurries with minimal maintenance requirements. It maintains high efficiency throughout the wear life of its components. Rubber and metal-lined pumps feature casings that are radially split into two halves, reducing maintenance and downtime. The HS series can be installed as multi-stage units. Features: 1. Replaceable wear-resistant metal or rubber liners and impellers, ensuring a long service life. 2. Easy adjustment of the space between the impeller and front liner, which can be completely removed during maintenance. 3. Bearing assembly uses grease lubrication. 4. Seal types include packing seal, expeller seal, and mechanical seal. 5. Discharge direction can be installed at 45-degree intervals, allowing orientation to any of eight positions to suit different applications. 6. Drive types include V-belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, and frequency conversion drive devices. 7. Wide application range, good NPSH, and high efficiency.
