Two Step Pre-insulated Pipe Making Machine
The insulation layer and anti-corrosion layer are wrapped on the steel pipe at the same time, enabling continuous production with high efficiency and low cost.
Machine Features: Low cost, no vacuum calibration tank, using inner pressure production method;

This system is mainly used for producing large-sized PE heat preservation pipes. The product is primarily used as the outer layer of heating pipelines, with the middle layer being a polyurethane foam layer and the inner layer being a steel tube. It can also produce water supply and drainage pipes by adding a vacuum calibration tank and cooling tank.
The system consists of an extruder, die and mold, cooling water sink, haul-off machine, cutting machine, bracket, support frame, and electrical control parts, among others.

Technology Flow: In the two-step method, the HDPE casing is produced first, then the steel pipe is threaded inside the casing, and foaming takes place in the middle.
