(1) Construction
1. Indicator

5. Pistons
The twin rack pistons are constructed from die-cast aluminum with hard anodized treatment or cast steel with galvanization. They offer a symmetric mounting position, long service life, and fast operation. Reversing rotation can be achieved simply by flipping the pistons.
6. Travel Adjustment
Two independent external travel stop adjustment bolts allow precise and easy adjustment of 5° in both opening and closing directions, ensuring accurate control over the actuator’s movement.
7. High Performance Springs
Preloaded coating springs are made from high-quality materials that resist corrosion and extend the cycle life of the actuator. These springs can be safely and conveniently removed to adjust torque according to specific needs.
8. Bearings & Guides
