Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally, it takes 5–10 days for simple designs and 15–20 days for more complex parts. The time depends on the complexity and quantity of the order.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or paid?
A: Yes, we can offer sample production before mass production to test the quality. There may be a small cost for setting up the CNC program and surface finish. Sometimes we even cover part of the cost to build trust with new customers.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: 50% T/T in advance, and the remaining 50% before shipment.
