"Catalogue" includes air pollution prevention and control, water pollution control, solid waste treatment, special instruments for environmental monitoring, comprehensive utilization of resources, noise and vibration control, special materials and pharmaceuticals for environmental pollution prevention, electromagnetic wave and radioactivity (including nuclear "three wastes") pollution Prevention and control and environmental pollution emergency response A total of 137 major environmental protection technologies (equipment) in 9 major areas, and at the same time stipulated the key technologies and technical indicators of various technical equipment. A number of technical equipments in the Catalog are related to the chemical industry, such as large-scale coal-fired boiler ammonia flue gas desulphurization and denitrification integration technology and equipment, high-density refractory chemical wastewater treatment technology and equipment, oil spill pollution prevention and control complete sets of technical equipment, waste plastic composite materials. Recycling treatment equipment and comprehensive utilization, petrochemical wastewater advanced treatment and reuse equipment.
It is understood that in order to meet the environmental pollution control and governance needs during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan†period, the major environmental protection technologies and equipment encouraged by the State in the “Catalogue†cover a total of three categories, of which the development category means that there is a major demand in the environmental protection field and research and development is required. There are a total of 90 technical equipments; the application categories refer to 22 technical equipments that are basically mature in technology and have good application prospects and have not yet been industrialized; the promotion category refers to technologies that have matured, and that the environmental protection field urgently needs further promotion and application.
