JIS G3463 Stainless Steel Boiler and Heat Exchanger Tubes
JIS G3463 stainless steel boiler tubes are widely used in heat exchange systems, including superheater tubes, condenser tubes, and other critical components in chemical and petrochemical industries. These tubes are not intended for use in heating furnace applications. The standard specifies dimensions such as outer diameters ranging from 19.05 mm to 168.3 mm, wall thicknesses between 2.0 mm and 14 mm, and lengths up to 19,000 mm.
Manufactured using either seamless or welded methods, JIS G3463 tubes can be produced through automatic arc welding, laser welding, or resistance welding.
