b. Synchronous belt drive, all cotton yarn whipping direction and speed are same.
c. Linkage with wire speed-up and speed-down control.
d. Applicable for φ175(outer diameter)* φ90(inner bore)*120mm(outer width)  cotton yarn axis ( confirm by drawings).

a. Each pipe length of accumulator is 300mm.
b. Turning guide wheel φ150mm, made by Nylon.

   Bore diameter φ40mm, customer get concentrator mould.
4. Main cotton yarn whipping head               a set
a. Concentric cotton yarn whipping, 1.1KW motor, Danfoss variable frequency inverter.
b. Synchronous belt drive, linkage control with wire speed.
c. Applicable for φ175(outer diameter)* φ90(inner bore)*120mm(outer width)  cotton yarn axis ( confirm by drawings).
d. Cotton yarn tension mechanical adjustable.
e. Center thread hole: φ15mm.

5. Longitudinal covering machine                 a set
a. The max. tape OD is φ400mm, 2.5kg magnetic powder to control tension.
b. Digital display tension size, tension adjustable.
 
6.  Synchronize F pull-off machine                a set
a. Rotate part synchronize with mainframe cantilever.
b. Powered: Z4-11kw DC motor with Eurotherm DC controller.
c. Motorized φ400aluminum wheel, differential traction, synchronous belt transmission power.
d. 4 pieces passive group steel guide wheel, hard chrome plating.
e. Pneumatic type electromagnetic control disc type synchronizes brake.

7. Concentric lapping machine                         a head
a. Concentric type taping, powered by cantilever spindle, synchronization with cantilever.
b. Contrahelical taping by both ends, synchronous belt type power transmission.
c. Magnetic powder tension adjustment, tape tension is adjustable during operation.
d. Dynamic balance can correct high speed tape bobbin.
e. Adjustable angle nylon threads the tape drum.
f. Tape bobbin max.: φ350*45w; inner hole: φ50 or φ75.
g. The max. rpm is 1680rpm, speed-up and speed-down function synchronous with the main machine.
h. 4 section variable speed, gears adjust by pitch and tape width.
i. Tooth chain type fine tuning variable speed tape pitch.
j. Two tape accumulator rack: each can keep 8 bobbins, with alignment mould.
 
8. Speed measuring meter counter                         a set
a. Meter counting wheel 1m/each circle.

9.  Φ1000 single twist cabling main machine              a set
a. Motive power: main motor Z4-30kw DC motor, taking-up Z4-22kw DC motor, traversing 3HP 1:15 CPG motor made in Taiwan, inverter by Danfoss, DC controller by Eurotherm (made in UK).
b. The max. of main cantilever rotating speed is 450rpm; 
c. All import high intensity synchronous belt drive, all bearing are use Japan Koyo or NACHI.
d. Applicable for wire coilφ1000 (outer diameter)* φ80 (inner bore)*750mm (outer width) (confirm by drawings).
e. The scope of lay is 200-700mm (needs to provide lay scope and wrapping width);
